I want to move my existing website to your servers. What should the name server settings be? I've updated by website to point to your servers. How long will it take before it becomes active?

What do I set my incoming mail server to? What should I set my outgoing mail server to?
FTP
What are my FTP settings?You can use FTP to upload your files to your website. The settings you should use are as follows: Host Name should be FTP.yourdomain.com.au Host Type should be Microsoft NT (or auto detect is normally fine) User ID will be given to you when you sign up Password will also be given to you when you sign up, which should be changed as soon as you can. You can reset your FTP pasword when you login to the control panel.
