CalfordGreen's Player Admin System (PAS) has over 51,000 players across 50 clubs within 6 different associations and 3 different sports (Football, Cricket and Netball).
Our system provides functionality for Registrars, Age Managers, Team Managers and a "Player Self Service" component saving the clubs hundreds of hours in volunteers time and encouraging players and teams to join the club.
As well as providing all the normal Player and Team Admin functions (such as registering and paying by Credit Card online) the system is one of the few to be approved for use by FFA and provides a complete export/import process to enable data to be easily transferred to FFA and your local association with a few mouse clicks. FFA IDs once generated by FFA can be imported back into the system just as easily.
Full support for Player Photo IDs includes a user friendly "quick click" upload which of course includes the ability to simply crop and resize the photo around the players face with a minimum "no fuss" interface..... even the Team Managers can do it!
We also offer clubs the ability to use our laptops for their Registration and Grading days, giving their full database and application at their finger tips in the middle of a field if necessary!!! All you need is a power cable if you require the laptops to be running for more than a few hours!
